Take a Train to The Black Sea

In the mid of summer. Raining morning day. Alex and I took an early Georgian Train from Tbilisi to The Black Sea at Batumi in the west of Georgia. It was my first time taking the foreign train. I was excited and wonder how it will be. It was raining almost all the way. Rural views during the way wasn’t that exited but interesting enough to keep me awake until the destination.

After 5-6 hour ride, we arrived at Batumi train station and took a taxi to the hotel in southern side. Likely we stayed in the very quiet area with a local vibe. In the night it was very dark around as it wasn’t so tourist area. Anyway we liked it according to our lifestyle.

Explore Batumi

We didn’t do much exploring just wandering around on foot. Batumi is some kind of during improving and growing up rapidly. Everything mixed between old and modern.
