Have a break, take a walk, enjoying the beauty of nature, serenity and uniquely beautiful in every season. It’s all at Botanical Garden of Georgia in Tbilisi.
Alex and I have been here many times already, peaceful and beautiful in every season, raw and natural. It’s rich of aroma in spring, so lush in summer, colorful and romantic in fall and sometimes even more lovely with icing in winter.
The Garden is lie behind Narikhala Fortress, on the southern foothills of the Sololaki Range; a spur of the Trialeti Range. It’s very huge botanical garden I’ve ever been before, occupies the area of 161 hectares and possesses a collection of over 4,500 taxonomic groups. Nice facts!
There are the playground area for kids on the west side, good for a family, but it won’t bother people who seeking for peace because like I’ve mentioned, it’s very huge garden.
The easy way to enter the garden is getting down from the northeast side of Narikala fortress telecabin station. The entrance fee is only 2 GEL ($0.75).
